The time it takes to detail fully depends on the vehicle, it's condition & what you want done. Generally 5-7hrs would be an average.

This depends on the type, depth and cause of the scratch. Each case is different but we will try our best to remove the defect. If the scratch is too deep it may need to be resprayed by a professional spray painter.
